FOP2 works intermittently

    Hi,

    I have a customer using FOP2 2.22 on CentOS with Elastix (Asterisk 1.4.33.1) and the FreePBX module. They are mainly using it to be able to monitor/listen on calls.

    All works well with a FOP user being able to monitor a call in progress. Then, after a few hours of working, they are no longer able to listen to calls by clicking the button in FOP2.

    To get it working again they go to the user in the FOP2 FreePBX module and remove/reapply all of the permissions for that user. It then starts working again for a few more hours.

    Any idea what the problem could be?

    Hi Matt,

    I think I fixed the issue but I need confirmation before making the official update, if you use centos 5, 32 bits, try to download this file:

    http://download.fop2.com/fop2-2.23-centos5-i386.tgz

    And replace only the fop2_server on your current install. Then restart fop2 and see if it fixes the issue.

    Many thanks for the prompt response. I have applied the updated fop2_server and will let you know when I hear back as to whether is resolved the problem.
