Hi
I have a problem where I have installed FOP2 and all looks fine in terms of the config but when I try connect I have a message "One moment please" before I even have the login page. I have other installs that do not have this problem and the operating system is the same as well as all else i can see.
Please can anyone help on this issue or point me in the right direction. I am not aware of any log file that may provide the error reason?

Hi,
The fop2 client must connect to the fop2 server using port tcp 4445, if you cannot get pass the one moment please is because that connection cannot be established.
So, you could have that port blocked, or not forwarded if behind nat
You might have a flash blocker or no adobe flash installed (on browsers besides chrome)
you might be using the latest google chrome with a fop2 version lower than 2.24 (try with another browser, or upgrade fop2)
