I still do not understand the question? FOP2 currently does not perform agent/queue manipulations. It just displays status. I will add that on a future release (but not the next release as it is a major undertaking).

So you want to not display the agent list on the queue buttons? In operator.css file look for the ".aentry" and try to add a display: none or hidden to the css definition.
