Presence not showing Properly

    I have FOP2 Version 2.26 installed on a Freepbx Distro version 2.11. It appears all is working except some of the presence. The presence works for a phone that is in use, unplugged. But the button is Yellow when the phone is idle. The system is set for Extensions and not users/devices. We have a customer that purchased the unlimited license and this isn't working. What can I do to get this working?

    Not sure what is that is not working? In device & user mode there is a special color for showing adhoc devices (added by request), is that the yellow color you mention? If you do not like that color, you can change operator.css and change it, but anyways, that color does not indicate "presence", not sure what you are referring too.
