i mean that the http port changed to 7000
and the https port changed to 7001
and i cancelled the redirection from http to https .

after that , i faced the problem above that i discussed .

today ive changed the https & http port of elastix server .

every thing is ok

but im facing a problem when i try fop2 ,

the problem is when i go to fop2 panel page ,
it request 4 files to download them :

http://x.x.x.x:2200/fop2/audio/blip1.wav
http://x.x.x.x:2200/fop2/audio/2up2.wav
http://x.x.x.x:2200/fop2/audio/silkyalert.wav
http://x.x.x.x:2200/fop2/audio/ring.wav

as you see , every time i have to cancel downlading those 4 files and then i can use fop2 . :cry: :cry:

how to fix the problem and prevent these annoying requests of downloading the files above ???

i have my pstn lines all of them are directed to ivr ,

sometimes the caller enter the ivr , and press wrong entering , or may not enter any thing and then
the caller is hanged .======> this is the default behavior
im using elastix 2.2

my issue is , alot of hanged calls are exit in my cdr report , so im doubting that there is an issuue from my ivr ,

at the cdr report , it give me the caller with destination hang , and there is no recorded call , " no icon which indicates that the call has been recorded"

my request is , i want to enable recording the calls when caller enter the ivr and hanged before be directed to any extention or queue .

i have a very big problem ,
i have an ivr system===>if press 1 ======> queue number 30 =======> music on hold untill some one rpely the call

here is above my scenario which i have .

my problem is , which happened after using fop2 is ,

assume some one reached queue 30 and queued at waiting for a short ime on MOH then leaved before anyone reply him ,
i note that the dhahdi cahannel still active for long time , and the queue phone still ringing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 :shock: :shock:

this is a big problem , ===> the caller leaved and close the call but in my fop2 it seems that the caller still calling and the phones inside the queue still ringing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o :o :o :o :o

now asume after all of that , someone of the phones in queue replied this call which its caller has leaved long time ago ,
we hear this annoying sound >

another horrible issue :
at elatsix cdr report , it record the call as being recived call !!!!! not missed call !!! which really bad issue .

hi ,
in fop2 the option of hearing the call is so cute

but sometimes i would like to hear the user as just he connect to my pbx , like when the user is connected to ivr and music on hold before being transferred to users ,

why i couldnt hear that , i could only hear after my the agent answer the call and the call initiatec !

i can hear all the call by 555 , but i would like to hear all the call from fop2 because its very simple and cute

how could i do that ???
