I use the action buttons by placing a call to my main DID then I wait for the ring. Once the incoming call is ringing I attempt to 'pickup' the call by clicking on the pickup action. I've made sure at this point I am logged in with the correct endpoint/SIP user. I'll debug a little more when on site but it just seems like there is not much else to try.
