Hello everyone,
Multiple customers of ours have the problem that the internal number is beeing recognized bij Fop as an external contact.
Example:
Internal number 303 username Marge
Externel customer in Fop2 contactlist: Burbie 0116-112303
When Marge calls a college the college sees Burbie in the fop panel and not Marge.
Does someone know what causis this isseu?

Is it posible to synchronise the status in Fop2 and a Digium Phone?
When i change my status in Fop2, on my device (Digium D60) my status does not change.
Vice versa, when i change my status on my phone Digium D60, my status in Fop2 does not change.
How many characters of the incoming call can be shown in the FOP2 extension button?
How many characters of the incoming call can be shown in the FOP2 Queue window?
I am asking this because, when a customer is calling, the agent wants to see the corresponding name of the customer in the phonebook.
It must be shown in his extension button and in the queue button on the side of the screen.
Also i like to know if it is posible just only to view de CID and customername in the button or is there always the phonenumber prompted also before te name of the customer from the phonebook.
