In our implementation, we do not have extensions on our asterisk server. Extensions are handled via Cisco Call Manager. So we're just looking for a tool to help operators transfer waiting calls to different queues. We currently use FOP1, but it is not not reliable.

Is there plans to have this feature implemented in future versions?

Is there a way to transfer calls in the waiting list of one queue to another queue? I've tried searching this forum, but I've only seen topics on transfer between queue/extension or pickup calls. FOP1 was able to do this and was wondering if this is possible in FOP2 as well.

Is there a way to customize the fop2 display so that the "QUEUES" section is on the left side and the "EXTENSIONS" section is on the right hand side of the display? Aside from that, we plan on making the "QUEUES" section have a larger space in the display compared to "EXTENSIONS". Is there a way to do this?
