Is there a way to transfer calls in the waiting list of one queue to another queue? I've tried searching this forum, but I've only seen topics on transfer between queue/extension or pickup calls. FOP1 was able to do this and was wondering if this is possible in FOP2 as well.

No, there is no way to pick a call from a queue and place it into a different one.
You can pickup a waiting call to your current extension, and then you can transfer to another queue, but I think that is not what you really want.
In our implementation, we do not have extensions on our asterisk server. Extensions are handled via Cisco Call Manager. So we're just looking for a tool to help operators transfer waiting calls to different queues. We currently use FOP1, but it is not not reliable.
Is there plans to have this feature implemented in future versions?

I made some experiments to add drag&drop transfers and redirections. It works, but I do not like the implementation much.
