PT: Problemas com o FOP2

Bom dia!

Tenho o habito de instalar a versão gratuita do fop2 para que meus clientes testem. Na maioria das vezes utilizamos uma plataforma de desenvolvimento nacional chamada SNEP. Eles até possuem um tutorial para instalação na central deles. Acontece que só funcionou uma vez pra mim. Em dois clientes estou com ele bugado:

Cliente 1 - Instala normal, mostra tudo como ativo, rodando, mas os botões de discar, de transferir... não funcionam.

Cliente 2 - Instala normal, mas não consigo colocar o serviço para rodar.

Gostaria de uma ajuda, pois na maioria das vezes os clientes optam por realizar a compra do produto após utilizar a versão gratuita, mas eu para isso, eu preciso que a versão gratuita funcione.
Qualquer informação adicional necessária estou disponível para passar.

I would like a help since most of the time the clients choose to make the purchase of the product after using the free version, but for this I need the free version to work.

Hello guys!

We migrated Elastix 2.3 to Issabel 4.0.
Using: wget -O - http://download.fop2.com/install_fop2.sh | bash
Revoke license from Elastix 2.3 and install at Issabel 4.0.
But don't show for us download plugin in FOP2 Manager of Presence Box DND.
I tried: /usr/local/fop2/generate_override_contexts.pl -write
All loading correct, but nothing changes.
Someone can help us?
