    I Will be inviting my team to conference by calling them out using fop2 phonebook click2dial feature...Once they join the conference all their numbers will be displayed instead of their names...If there is a way to display their names retrieved from the phonebook instead of their numbers it will be a good feature so that I know who is talking from other end..

    I have requested this feature around a year back and Nicolas told he will consider in future release..May be is this the time for that?

    Is it possible to display the total number of participants numerically near the conference name button...Our conference participants often drop out ,rejoin , etc etc.... Admin can have a Idea about the number of participants instead of counting the participants each time...

    Hi,

    Currently Conference in Fop2 is working fine...While in the middle of conference If we want to invite external participants by highlighting conference button and then dialing their number , we will be hearing all the ringing sound of the external phone and even we are reaching his voicemail if he didnot pickup...Is it possible to dump external participants in to conference once they answer..

    If accidental click is the problem , then you may add this feature as optional selection in preference window and also when some body clicks the button then a popup windows to warn that blast dial is going to be activated....

    Hi,

    In the visual phone book , while adding entries I am inserting SALES in the Company Filed and While searching for the entry SALES , My phone book is populated with 24 names...Well and good until now...So now I want to have a brief conference with my Sales team and I am inviting everyone to conference by pressing their phone number...If there is a small button for blast dial ( When i press this button it will automatically invite everyone in the filtered phonebook ( sales team )to the conference)..May be we can include that button in phonebook or dial field...Is it possible .
