why i cant hear caller when he is in ivr or Music on hold ?

    hi ,
    in fop2 the option of hearing the call is so cute

    but sometimes i would like to hear the user as just he connect to my pbx , like when the user is connected to ivr and music on hold before being transferred to users ,

    why i couldnt hear that , i could only hear after my the agent answer the call and the call initiatec !

    i can hear all the call by 555 , but i would like to hear all the call from fop2 because its very simple and cute

    how could i do that ???

    Hi,

    In fop2.cfg you have a setting "spy_options" that is by default set to "bq"

    b means "ONLY SPY BRIDGED CALLS"

    and

    q means "NO BEEP"

    You might want to remove the "b" as an ivr is not a bridged call.

    You have to reload fop2 after that:

    service fop2 reload
