Is there a way to customize the fop2 display so that the "QUEUES" section is on the left side and the "EXTENSIONS" section is on the right hand side of the display? Aside from that, we plan on making the "QUEUES" section have a larger space in the display compared to "EXTENSIONS". Is there a way to do this?

You should edit index.html and move the queues div section into the grid_12 div, and then modify the queuebutton class in operator.css and make them fixed width instead of %.
Look at index_only_extensions.html for an idea of how to modify the index and grid... the page uses the grid960 css grid system.
